About Kyoshi Anthony Marquez
Kyoshi Anthony Marquez, Sr., 7th Dan Okinawan Kobudo and 7th Dan Goju-Ryu Karate, has been training in traditional karate and Okinawan weapons since 1971.
Over this time, he has studied directly with some of Okinawa’s greatest masters of recent, including Katsuyoshi Kanei (Jinbukan Kobudo), Masanobu Shinjo (Shobukan Goju-Ryu), Masanobu Kina (Rengeikan Kobudo), and Kaishu Isa (Ufuchiku-Den Kobujutsu).
Through his international organization, TMAI – Traditional Martial Arts International, Kyoshi Marquez teaches these exciting traditional lineages and his firebrand style of Okinawan Kobudo and Goju-Ryu Karate.
